The 5 claims Luciani made against Howard

In the videos, Luciani outlined multiple allegations, describing a domestic environment she says has become unsafe for both herself and the children involved.

1. Cocaine use: Luciani claimed Howard has been battling a cocaine addiction. She appeared on camera holding what she said was a bag of cocaine, presenting it as evidence of the ongoing drug problem she says she has been witnessing firsthand.
2. Repeated police and CPS visits: According to Luciani, law enforcement and child protective services came to the home on three separate occasions in less than three months. She also said one of Howard’s children was removed from the home by CPS.
