Dua Lipa gave fans a look at her Sicily wedding celebration that took place on June 6. After officially tying the knot in an intimate ceremony on May 31, the singer and Callum Turner hosted a star-studded second wedding ceremony at Villa Valguarnera in Italy a week later. On June 20, the Grammy-winner posted a series of pictures from the ceremony on Instagram.
For her special day, Dua Lipa donned a bespoke Chanel haute couture gown. The Levitating singer donned a fitted halter-neck gown with a jeweled neckline. The open-back dress featured crystal and pearl-like embroidery along the back and waist. The gown also featured a feathered skirt that flared below the knee. Another highlight of her ensemble was a six-meter tulle veil, which was embroidered with feathers and beads.
After Lipa posted the pictures from the ceremony, Chanel also shared the making of the custom bridal dress. In an Instagram post, the luxury brand highlighted that it took 3,000 hours to create Dua Lipa’s wedding veil.
“The six-metre tulle veil reveals a poetic imagery of birds and flowers, embroidered with beads and feathers, and enhanced by hand-cut organza appliqués. This exceptional Haute Couture veil required over 3,000 hours of handwork by Maisons d’art Atelier Montex and Lemarié,” Chanel wrote about the veil.
As per the label’s post, Lipa’s wedding dress was hand-embroidered with 480,000 beads that required intricate needlework.
“The House created a Haute Couture dress entirely hand-embroidered with 480,000 beads by Atelier Montex and trompe l’oeil jewels requiring 1,155 hours of needlework by Lesage. The dress—with a two-metre train—is also delicately underlined with 25,000 feathers by Lemarié,” Chanel posted.
The post mentioned that Dua Lipa’s dress was designed by the brand’s creative director, Matthieu Blazy, marking his first bridal creation. The label called the singer a “friend of the house” and congratulated her on her wedding.

On June 6, the couple invited hundreds of guests to celebrate their marriage at an 18th-century Sicilian palace. According to CNN, British singer Elton John played the piano and serenaded the couple with Your Song after they exchanged vows.
Citing Italian media, the outlet reported that guests were served dinner prepared by Michelin chefs. The guests later partied to music played by DJ David Guetta, Carl Cox, Martin Garrix, and Peggy Gou. The celebration concluded with a fireworks display.
Dua Lipa and Callum Turner were first romantically linked in 2024. In July 2025, Lipa confirmed her engagement with the British actor.
