Willow’s Latest Mess Comes With a Big Surprise on General Hospital

The walls forever seem to be closing in on General Hospital’s Willow, which makes sense when you have so many secrets and schemes going on at once. Willow often doesn’t seem to know which way to turn. Plus, she also doesn’t know that Brook Lynn has plans for her that haven’t even been on her radar. But her first priority is her Drew situation, which she caused all by herself.

Willow’s Drew Problem

Nobody told Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) to cheat on her husband with Drew (Cameron Mathison), listen to everything Drew told her to do for nearly a year before marrying him, shooting him, and then injecting him with a paralytic drug that mimicked a stroke. But now she just wants out of this mess and knows if Jack is recovering, then Drew also needs to recover. Plus, she is out of that paralytic drug because Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is on the run.

For Willow, it’s a race against time to get Jack (Chris McKenna) well enough to give her the leverage he has against Drew, so her husband won’t blab her crimes to anyone who will listen. But Willow also has to hope that Jack isn’t trying to pull a fast one.

“I don’t know if she trusts many people at this point or takes very many people at their word,” Katelyn MacMullen said in an interview with Soap Opera Digest. “But she wants to believe him, because if he’s telling the truth, it would be the biggest relief in the world to her.”

Willow is taking a big chance trusting Jack, a man who has proven himself to be untrustworthy numerous times, but that’s not even the half of Willow’s problems.

Brook Lynn’s Set Up

MacMullen also previewed that, “the writers aren’t out of surprises. There’s more fun stuff coming up.” Could one of those surprises be the one thing that has not been on Willow’s radar?

Willow seems to be having fun manipulating Chase (Josh Swickard) as a little game. She never passes up an opportunity to see him and appears to enjoy angering Tracy (Jane Elliot). However, she does not expect Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) to strike back.

Willow has never once mentioned Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Jordan’s (Tanisha Harper) accident, but she’s about to be pulled into this story in a big way. Will Chase even come to Willow’s rescue this time (for something that’s not even a crime)?
