How much longer can Days of our Lives’ Gabi keep her secrets straight when it comes to the men in her life, including the one she is dating and the one who wants to date her.

Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) was stunned when she found Theo’s (Tyler Joseph Andrews) journal and read that he can’t stop thinking of someone he calls “G.” While it may be presumptuous of Gabi to think that “G” is her, it is her and Gabi knows it. She finally sees why Theo often seems so distracted when he is with her, but why at other times, he stares at her and hangs on his every word.
However, Gabi was not about to let a clearly flustered Theo know she read what he wrote about her, which caused Gabi to be flustered, as well. She and Theo are good friends, but she thought that was all that was going on with someone she claims to have known since high school.
And let us address that for the moment. Theo was about five years old when Gabi was in high school with Will (Chandler Massey), so we’re not quite sure how she and Theo went to high school together. Can anyone say retcon?
Gabi’s other Days of our Lives secret
Despite knowing that Theo has feelings for her, Gabi had no problem kissing Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) right in front of Theo as soon as Philip approached them. Did she not think that would make Theo uncomfortable after what she had just read?
Perhaps Gabi was thinking of her other secret. Her guilt was once again clear when Theo brought up the problems Titan is having. Gabi knows she is part of the cause, but she is not about to tell Philip, as she continues to walk a dangerous line.
Gabi also knows that something else is on Theo’s mind, as he alluded to it in his journal. So, she is surely curious about what that could be. It’s just a mountain of secrets and schemes for Gabi when she doesn’t want any more secrets in her life. Too bad she keeps walking right into situations that put her in an uncomfortable position. One of these days, it’s going to all blow up in her face.
