Prime Video’s animated comic series, Invincible, is based on Robert Kirkman’s comic series by the same name. Over the past three seasons, the show has covered over sixty of the 144 issues of the reputed comic series. Now, fans await the release of Invincible Season 4, which is scheduled to arrive on March 18 , 2026.

Ahead of the release, here are three of the storylines that have been confirmed to be covered in the upcoming season of the show, and rest assured, fans are in for a delightful season ahead.

1) Atom Eve’s powers malfunctioning will be explored further
This is a storyline that was introduced in Season 3 itself, when we see Atom Eve’s powers begin to malfunction. This begins to happen after her resurrection, and it seems like Atom Eve does not have complete control over her powers yet.
Although a resolution or concrete reason was not understood in the previous season, this season will continue to explore the storyline further.
2) Universa will come to Earth
As seen in the 69th issue of the comic series, Universa will come to Earth to steal its energy to prevent her people from going extinct. Moreover, the character possesses the Staff of Leadership, making her very difficult to stop.
However, it is a task that Mark and Eve have to embark upon.
3) The return of The Sequids
If things go according to the canon storyline, Invincibles Season 4 will see more threats to Earth than just Universa. As per the original storyline, Universa’s entrance coincides with yet another dangerous species – The Sequids. Although these mind-controlling alien parasites have already made an appearance on the show, they return in Season 4.
This attack eventually ends up in the Guardians of the Globe intervening and trying to stop Rus Livingston’s invasion, with the Invincible finally stepping in in issue number 70.
With these three major plotlines taking place in Season 4, fans are in for a delightful treat in the upcoming season of the show.
