General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, April 1, 2026, tease Willow doing some thinking and realizing she is not as home-free as she originally believed.
What to expect on General Hospital
Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) life turned around for the better — or so she thought. She told Drew (Cameron Mathison) all about how these things have a way of happening. After all, in Willow’s mind, the only people who know she shot Drew were she and Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Well, now Willow is beginning to realize she might not be so safe after all.
Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina’s (Tabyana Ali) ringtone and softball bat talk set off alarm bells in Willow’s head. She finds both things to be strange, so she gives them some thought and comes to a shocking conclusion. Does she finally realize that Kai and Trina were in the house the night she shot Drew and heard Wiley calling her? That would mean Kai and Trina could be in more trouble than they imagined. Willow seems sweet, but she is actually quite dangerous.
Willow’s other trouble
Willow also has to worry about that traffic cam footage somehow reappearing one day, but she is counting on her mother to do the right thing, or at least the right thing by Willow.
However, Nina (Cynthia Watros) is finding it harder and harder to fool Charlotte (Bluesy Burke_ as the guilt eats away at her. Jack (Chris McKenna) tells Nina she has to choose which daughter she is going to hurt — the one who thought of her as a mom when she was a little girl or the one who constantly rejected her until a few short months ago.
Sidwell and “Nathan”
Now that Sidwell has informed the audience that Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) indeed had a fourth child and that fourth child looks a whole lot like Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), things really start to get interesting. Sidwell has orders for the man walking around town calling himself Nathan West, but spoilers say that Nathan also has a warning.
Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) and Lucas (Van Hansis) also have a chat on Wednesday and discuss Marco’s death. They begin to connect the dots and seem to realize a few things about that fateful night, including the fact that Jason had to have been covering for someone, but whom?
