If the words of the source are to be believed, “Ciara is heartbroken by this.” The source added that the reason for this is that she and Amanda were very close, “and she feels more betrayed than ever by both of them.”
According to the insider, Ciara and West were “casually seeing each other,” not only that, but they also claimed that the duo were even trying to see if things would work out between them pretty recently. This is exactly why the news of West’s new relationship with Amanda “feels like a deeper betrayal” to her. Apparently, after learning about their relationship, Ciara has chosen to cut ties with both of them, according to a second source. In their words:
“She’s furious at West but even more hurt by Amanda. ‘Disappointed’ doesn’t even cover it. This is so much more to Ciara than breaking girl code.”

It has been a few months since Kyle Cooke announced his split from Amanda Batula. Following their split, rumours surrounding a budding romance between Amanda and her Summer House co-star, West Wilson, had been spreading like wildfire. Now, a while back, Amanda and West took to their respective Instagram handles to confirm their relationship in a joint Instagram Story statement on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. In their statement, they wrote that they had been friends for a long time and, while they did not expect to fall in love with each other, that is exactly what happened. They went on to explain the reason why they had kept their silence despite the ongoing speculations. An excerpt from Amanda and West’s note can be read as:
“We’ve shown up for each other as friends over the years, through all the highs and lows, and what’s developed recently was the last thing either of us expected. Our connection grew out of a genuine, longstanding friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care. As our feelings evolved, we wanted to take time to understand exactly what we were feeling. We also recognise that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless.”
It is worth noting that Amanda had previously shared that she is not interested in dating her Summer House co-stars after her four years of marriage to Kyle came to an end. This is why their recent announcement came as quite a shock to her fans. During a March 9, 2026, episode of Jason Tartick’s Trading Secrets podcast, she stated, “Love them dearly, but I’m good.”
