Episode 14 of Boston Blue is titled Blood Chemistry. The episode will be out on April 10, 2026, i.e., a week from now. i.e., on Friday.
After everything that has already taken place in Episode 13 of the CBS series (a shooting at a church event, a revenge being so strongly hidden behind the shooting, and conflicts within the team, especially for Sean and Jonah), Episode 14 will be about Sean and Jonah on an undercover mission.
The episode will be available at 10 PM on CBS, and it will also stream the next day on Paramount+.
Along with Episode 14, all previously released episodes will also be available to stream on the streaming website/app.

Episode 13 short recap and what Blood Chemistry is trying to set up next
Episode 13 of Boston Blue was mostly about a shooting at a church outreach event, and the case got a lot more complicated than it first looked. What felt pretty random at first ended up being connected to crimes from the past, identities that were kept hidden, and a family connection involving a man named Beaumont and Cynthia.
At the same time, Sean and Jonah were also left dealing with a complaint about how they handled a situation, and this then exposed some real cracks in how they function as a team.
Now, Episode 14, has been titled Blood Chemistry, and it will take Boston Blue into a different case.
According to the synopsis of Episode 14,
“Sean and Jonah go undercover to track down a dangerous new threat affecting Boston’s young adults, forcing Sean to confront unresolved ties from his past along the way.”
Sean and Jonah being on an undercover mission already has us invested even before the episode could be dropped, but also connecting the case to Sean’s past? It sounds a lot more interesting and fun, and it will be a delight (for all of us fans) to watch Sean dealing with whatever is being thrown at him.
The focus on young adults also hints that the threat is something current, and so, we can make a case and a situation that is 1) filled with risk, and 2) a situation that spirals to hell and back before any of it can get under proper control.

In Episode 14, Sean and Jonah will be going on an undercover mission, while they’re also dealing with issues that are very much unresolved. And especially after Episode 13 did a great job at bringing out and exposing cracks within the profession, this next episode will surely be looking to test those waters even more.
