The latest fan-favorite rom-com, Our Universe, has completed most of its run on tvN and streaming platforms. This means that only a few episodes are left, and fans will finally be able to find out what happens between Hyun-jin and Tae-hyung in the end.
The K-drama also gained popularity due to the child actor playing Woo-ju. He is the nephew of Hyun-jin and Tae-hyung and the reason why they had to agree to live together. After Woo-ju’s parents died in an accident, his uncle and aunt had to take care of him.
Initially, Hyun-jin and Tae-hyung didn’t get along, but now Tae-hyung has even confessed his feelings, and seeing Hyun-jin with her college crush makes him jealous every time. Hyun-jin herself feels torn between the feelings of these two men, as both have expressed their desire to treat her well.
The plot will continue in the upcoming chapters, with episodes 9 and 10 of Our Universe scheduled to arrive on March 4 and March 5, 2026. These episodes will air on tvN for the live broadcast and will stream on Viki and HBO Max.

Soon after its premiere, Our Universe became one of the most talked-about K-dramas of February 2026. From the plot to its cast members, everything left fans craving more episodes.
Episode 9 of Our Universe will be released on Wednesday, March 4, followed by episode 10 on Thursday, March 5, 2026. The live broadcast time for each episode is 10:40 p.m. KST on tvN.
Within South Korea, the series becomes available for streaming on TVING soon after it finishes airing live on tvN. Viewers from other countries or regions can watch the K-drama on Rakuten Viki with English subtitles.
HBO Max also offers Our Universe in some regions with subtitles in different languages; however, users must check availability first.

What happened in Our Universe episode 8: A quick recap
Episode 8 begins with Yoon-seong finally confessing his feelings to Hyun-jin. At the same time, Tae-hyung prepares a cake to celebrate her recent success at work, only to feel disappointed when she tells him she’ll be late because she’s dining with Yoon-seong.
During the dinner, Yoon-seong requests that Hyun-jin go on three dates with him before making her final choice. Later, Hyun-jin tells Se-yeon that she feels confused about Tae-hyung and Yoon-seong.
While she feels comfortable and can be herself in front of Tae-hyung, she feels inspired to improve when she’s with Yoon-seong. As the episode continues, an insurance agent triggers tears in Hyun-jin’s eyes when he mentions compensation regarding her sister and brother-in-law’s deaths.
Episode 8 also introduces Tae-hyung’s father, who requests that Hyun-jin let him meet Woo-ju. Initially, Tae-hyung wasn’t interested in talking to him, but he eventually allows it. His father is suspicious, and we learn that he is behind the insurance money for his son’s and daughter-in-law’s deaths.
At the end of episode 8, Hyun-jin rushes back home, thinking she left the gas stove on. When she arrives, she realizes she had turned it off. Suddenly, she hears a noise, and when she opens the gate, Tae-hyung’s father is ready to attack her.
What to expect from Our Universe episodes 9-10?
The preview for the next episode hints at the growing closeness between Hyun-jin and Yoon-seong. Hyun-jin even praises him for being good with kids, after which Yoon-seong says that he can be an umbrella for Woo-ju and that she can always count on him.
Colleagues at work also start discussing Hyun-jin and Yoon-seong’s relationship, while Tae-hyung is left feeling hurt. The preview hints at him experiencing possible heartbreak as Hyun-jin spends most of her time with Yoon-seong.
