Here is the General Hospital weekly recap for episodes that aired from March 30th through April 3rd, 2026: Several people, including Laura and Carly, scrambled to find a way to locate Jason and bring him home. Willow agreed to help Chase and Brook Lynn become foster parents while keeping Drew incapacitated. Nathan was revealed to be a twin named Cassius Faison. Sonny attended Marco’s funeral, although Sidwell told him he did not believe his condolences.
What happened on General Hospital?

This week on GH, Carly pushed for answers about Jason and got none she could use. Jack told her Jason had been taken by the WSB and that there was no way to reach him. He explained that Jason asked that she not be contacted, and that by the time she could have arrived, it would not have mattered. Carly demanded a way to bring him back. Jack told her there wasn’t one and warned her not to risk herself trying. She left angry, with no control over what happened next.
At the hospital, Cullum regained consciousness. Lucas checked on him and confirmed he remembered being at the pier. He told Cullum he had been shot and asked if he could identify who did it. Cullum did not provide an answer. Earlier, Joss had been in the room when Cullum woke up, but Lucas had interrupted before anything could happen. Joss explained that she came to see the man Jason was accused of shooting and spoke to Lucas about loss. Lucas made it clear Marco had not simply died, but had been taken, and he intended to make sure it meant something.
Family pressure and difficult choices

Elsewhere, Cody surprised Molly with news that he had won a trip to the Cayman Islands. The timing conflicted with a medical procedure Molly had already scheduled. She considered postponing the surgery, but Cody pushed her not to risk her health. He told her he would give up the trip and stay with her through recovery instead.
At the Quartermaine house, Chase and Brook Lynn faced a tense moment when Wiley repeated something he overheard about Jacinda. They explained the situation carefully in front of a social worker, who observed how they handled it. Afterward, they worried that the moment could affect their chances of fostering baby Phoebe. Michael later told them he had an idea to help and suggested turning to Willow for influence.
Kristina confronted Tracy about staying neutral during a family conflict involving Michael and Jacinda. She pushed Tracy to take a side and support her family rather than observing from a distance. Tracy did not give her a direct answer.
At the footbridge, Danny met with Charlotte and Rocco. Danny struggled with what happened to Jason and believed his father had shot Cullum. Rocco admitted his father had arrested Jason, but Charlotte placed the blame on the WSB. Danny focused on the last moment he saw Jason being taken away and said he should have done more.
Sidwell tightens his grip

Felicia spoke with Nathan at Bobbie’s about his growing bond with James. She acknowledged the situation with Lulu but chose to accept it for now. Nathan expressed how much being a father meant to him. Later, James convinced Trina to help coach his little league team after Kai mentioned the opening.
At the hospital, Curtis and Portia worked through tension tied to Jordan and Isaiah. Curtis asked if Portia wanted to know the baby’s sex, but she declined. They agreed to move forward and accept the people in their lives for the sake of their child.
At Wyndemere, Sidwell pressured Jordan to use her connections to investigate Marco’s murder. He made it clear he did not trust the PCPD and expected results. Jordan agreed to make inquiries but pushed back on his assumptions about Dante.
Willow’s world starts to crack

At home, Willow continued caring for Drew while keeping him immobile. She told him she was helping Chase and Brook Lynn and suggested things would improve once the timing was right. Drew remembered Sidwell telling him something different. When Chase arrived asking for help with social services, Willow agreed. Their interaction carried a level of familiarity that did not go unnoticed.
Later, Kai and Trina visited Willow. Trina brought medical supplies for Drew and commented that he did not deserve what happened. During the visit, Kai mentioned details about the house that caused Willow to question how much they knew. After they left, Willow began piecing together that they may have been present the night Drew was shot.
Michael continued to involve himself in Wiley’s activities and asked Kai to train him privately. Wiley expressed frustration that his parents were constantly arguing, and Michael tried to reassure him that both parents still loved him.
Secrets come into the open

It was shockingly revealed that Nathan was actually Cassius Faison, working with Sidwell. Cassius explained how he had taken over Nathan’s life and maintained the deception. Sidwell instructed him to gather information about Marco’s murder and made it clear he wanted Sonny held responsible.
Lucas and Britt compared details and realized Cullum had used Marco’s phone to locate them on the pier. This led them to conclude Cullum was responsible for Marco’s death. Lucas reacted strongly to the realization that he had been trying to save the man who killed Marco. He left determined to act.
Lulu asked Laura to use her connections to find Jason. Laura agreed to reach out for information. Ezra later pressured Laura to publicly condemn Sonny and Jason, arguing that Marco’s death had changed the situation. Laura refused to take that step without more facts.
Nina dealt with pressure from Jack, who demanded information about Valentin. He warned her that if he found Valentin first, Willow would face consequences. After Nina left, Jack approached Jacinda with an offer tied to gaining information through Charlotte.
At Drew’s house, Nina stayed behind to watch him. Michael stopped by and observed Drew’s condition. Nina explained it away, while Michael reflected on how Drew’s situation had changed.
Marco’s funeral changes the temperature

Marco’s funeral came at the end of the week, but before it began, Lucas stood alone with Marco’s photo and vowed to bring Sidwell and Cullum to justice. He later spoke with Sidwell and described how much Marco loved him. Sidwell admitted he may not have deserved that love.
Carly warned Sonny and Ric not to attend, believing Sidwell would see it as a direct challenge. Sonny insisted on going, saying it would be disrespectful not to. Ric agreed, arguing their presence would show they were not responsible.
At the funeral, tensions rose when Sonny and Ric arrived. Sidwell noticed them immediately. Ava stepped in to guide Sidwell away before the situation escalated. Laura and Ezra also crossed paths, with Ezra satisfied that she ultimately held the press conference.
Grief, fallout, and one final threat

Lucas told Carly he planned to remain at Wyndemere for now, explaining that Sidwell was the only person who understood his grief. Lucy asked him not to leave town, and Lucas said he had unfinished business.
Danny dealt with the consequences of his fight at school. Alexis told him he had been suspended and made it clear that his behavior would not continue under her roof. She assigned him chores instead of grounding him. Danny admitted he had been angry about Jason and felt powerless to do anything about it. He later apologized and asked if she could bring Jason home with her fantastic legal skills, but Alexis told him she could not make that promise.
Kristina visited Molly after her procedure, while Cody stayed at Molly’s side as she recovered. Molly woke up disoriented and later did not remember waking up earlier.
Curtis and Nina spoke about recent conflicts and agreed they did not want to lose their friendship. Nina expressed regret over how her actions affected others. Curtis acknowledged the situation and said he and Portia were trying to move forward as well. The two agreed to work on repairing their friendship.
Jordan received a warning from Isaiah about her involvement with Sidwell. She insisted she had the situation under control. By the end of the funeral, Sonny approached Sidwell and offered his condolences. Sidwell told him he did not believe he was sorry and made it clear that Sonny would be.
