Here is what happened on Days of our Lives, Friday, April 10, 2026, when Sarah and Brady made love, Rafe recruited Kristen, and Dimitri lashed out after Leo rejected him.
What happened on Days of our Lives

Sarah visited Brady at his apartment to deliver a book about snakes for Rachel. Brady told Sarah about his possible change in career. “I think you would make a fantastic P.I. You’re the one who figured out that Tate wasn’t Trey’s dad,” Sarah said. Brady credited his dad for having taught him some “tricks of the trade.” Sarah insisted that Brady also had John’s investigative instincts.
“It seems like it’s meant to be,” Sarah said. “My son said the exact same thing,” Brady noted. Brady admitted he was excited, but that he felt guilty about that since his daughter was miserable in Bayview. “You have to live your life, and that doesn’t mean that you’re not going to be there for Rachel 100%,” Sarah said. Sarah told Brady that he was a good father.
Brady admitted that Kristen was making things more difficult. Sarah asked if Kristen was using the situation to get permission to stay in the apartment longer. Brady told Sarah that Kristen had moved out. “I think hell just froze over,” Sarah said. Brady told Sarah about his fight with Kristen about Marlena. Brady said he did not necessarily agree with Marlena that Bayview was the best thing for Rachel because of the Sophia situation, but he understood why. Sarah stressed that the doctors at the facility were good, and she believed the facility would address Brady’s concerns.
“[Rachel] is gonna be okay,” Sarah said. Brady thanked Sarah for her support. Sarah pointed out that they were alone together. Brady kissed Sarah, and they went to his room to make love. Afterwards, Brady held Sarah in his arms. “Was it worth the wait?” Sarah asked. “Yep. I tell you what, I don’t want to wait that long ever again,” Brady said. Sarah agreed.

At the DiMera mansion, Xander met up with Gwen in the living room. “What exactly are we celebrating?” Xander asked. “Money,” Gwen said. Gwen told Xander that Dimitri had agreed to a divorce as a favor to Leo. “He’s agreed to take the high road. If you can believe that,” Gwen said. As Xander and Gwen kissed, EJ told Xander to get out of the house. When Gwen argued that Xander was her guest, EJ reminded Gwen that she was divorcing her connection to the family.
“You’re kicking me out?” Gwen asked. “I would be justified, wouldn’t I?” EJ countered. Gwen asked Xander to check on their meal in the kitchen, and he reluctantly left. Gwen asked EJ why he wanted to kick her out. “This is my home. And I can do whatever I damn well please,” EJ said. When Gwen reminded EJ that he still needed her money, EJ noted that he did not need Gwen for much longer. Gwen threatened to expose EJ’s secrets, and he reminded Gwen that he could do the same.
“I’m not kicking you out yet. But don’t you think for appearances’ sake we should continue to make people think that Dimitri is the only reason you are our houseguest here?” EJ said. EJ added that he did not appreciate Gwen inviting people into the house where they could accidentally learn something incriminating. Suspicious, Gwen noted that EJ was acting like he had something to hide. EJ closed the doors to the room and reminded Gwen that Lexie was in the tunnels.
As EJ yelled that he could not let Xander learn about Lexie’s resurrection, Xander opened the door. “Did I just hear my name?” Xander said. Gwen explained that EJ did not want Xander in the house because he was jealous that he was not dating anyone. Gwen and Xander went upstairs.
In Gwen’s room, Xander set aside the picnic Gwen had set up so that they could have sex. When they finished, Xander noted that he did not have time to enjoy the picnic. “More for me then,” Gwen said. Xander kissed Gwen and left.

At the Salem Inn, Dimitri and Leo kissed. “I’ve waited so long for this,” Dimitri whispered. “It’s not a dream,” Leo confirmed. As Leo kissed Dimitri, he thought about kissing Javi. Leo pulled away. “I can’t,” Leo said. Leo admitted that he did not want to be with Dimitri. “But you just told me to finalize our divorce for the sake of our relationship,” Dimitri said. Leo apologized.
“I realized that if I were to be with you in this way, I would be betraying a part of myself and Javi,” Leo confessed. “You and he are over,” Dimitri said. Leo nodded yes. “On paper but not in my heart,” Leo said. With a sigh, Leo noted that he believed his head injury had given him clarity. “I finally stopped lying to myself. About what I want, about what I need,” Leo said. Leo told Dimitri that he was grateful that Dimitri had saved his life, and he was happy he had risked prison time to help prove Dimitri’s innocence.
“I’ve enjoyed our adventures together. And I would not give that up for anything,” Leo said. “You love me,” Dimitri said. Dimitri argued that Leo was still out of sorts because of his concussion. “Just please don’t say it’s over between us,” Dimitri pleaded. Leo held Dimitri’s hand, and he said, “I’m sorry it is.” Leo explained that although his relationship with Javi was over, he needed to be true to his heart.
“Because [Javi] is the man I love and always will,” Leo said. After a moment of silence, Dimitri looked at Leo. “Do you realize what you’ve made me do? I agreed to that lousy divorce settlement because of you,” Dimitri said. With a shake of his head, Dimitri said he had known that Leo had not meant what he said in front of Gwen. “It was an act. But it wasn’t to fool Gwen. It was to fool me!” Dimitri shouted. Leo said no, but an upset Dimitri asked Leo if he had been plotting against him with Gwen to steal Dimitri’s money.
“I am warning you, do not do this, Leo! Because, as you said, you will be alone, maybe for the rest of your life,” Dimitri said. Dimitri argued Javi would never forgive Leo. Leo agreed that Dimitri could be right. As Leo reached for Dimitri, he darted away and called Leo pathetic.
“You’re damaged goods, Leo. Fickle, unreliable. And worst of all, you are so predictable, always clawing for attention, betraying anyone foolish enough to care about you,” Dimitri said. Dimitri told Leo that he had been Leo’s last chance at happiness. Leo silently looked Dimitri in the face as he continued his tirade. “This was a mistake. A soul-rotting, haunt you for the rest of your miserable existence, mistake. And I hope to hell it eats you alive,” Dimitri said.

Kristen was sulking in her hotel room when Rafe knocked on the door. Kristen told Rafe that she was surprised that he still wanted to team up with her because he had not said a word since she had offered to help Rafe take down EJ. Rafe stressed that if they teamed up, Kristen could not shoot anyone.
“Got an alternative?” Kristen asked. Rafe noted that since the search warrant had been quashed, he needed Kristen to search the house for evidence of Dr. Rolf or the pod patient. “There is no law saying you can’t search your own estate and then you report back to me what you might find,” Rafe said. Rafe vowed to take down EJ.
Kristen went over to the DiMera mansion and announced to EJ that she needed to pick up her mail. “There will be no peace for you, you son of a bitch. Because you have screwed with me one time too many,” Kristen said. EJ noted that although he was sorry that Rachel had been sent back to Bayview, he had given the helpful testimony in court that he had promised. Kristen argued that EJ’s actions had pushed Rachel into an emotional tailspin.
“Are you seriously suggesting that all the questionable things that Rachel has done are my fault?” EJ asked. “I’m saying it outright. You sacrificed my daughter to save your son,” Kristen growled. Kristen promised to make EJ pay for Rachel’s suffering. After a moment, EJ asked Kristen why she was still there. Kristen said she needed to have a drink. Annoyed, EJ left the room to avoid his sister. When the coast was clear, Kristen entered the tunnels.
Kristen looked in the wine cellar, but she did not see anyone. With a bottle in hand, Kristen returned to the living room. EJ was waiting there. “Doing a little snooping while you’re here?” EJ asked. Kristen said she had wanted a good bottle of wine to take back to the hotel. “What were you actually looking for, Kristen?” EJ asked. “What else would I be looking for, EJ?” Kristen said. “What else indeed,” EJ noted.
After Kristen left, EJ called Rita to instruct her to make sure that no one entered through the gates of the compound without his permission. Xander was descending the stairs in the foyer and heard EJ’s voice through the closed door of the living room. Xander leaned close to the door to eavesdrop. “I caught Kristen sneaking out of the tunnel, deeply disappointed to find there was nothing to find down there, no doubt,” EJ said. Xander slipped out of the house before EJ told Rita that he was thankful they had moved their project.
Rafe was walking through the square when Kristen texted him to let him know the wine cellar in the tunnels had been empty. As Rafe sighed, he noticed Javi in the cafe. Rafe was hugging Javi when Dimitri exited the Salem Inn and saw them.
