The General Hospital spoilers sneak-peek video for Friday, April 3, 2026, teases fireworks at a funeral, which could be a good thing or a bad thing.
What to expect on General Hospital
Marco (Adrian Anchondo) might not have lived in Port Charles long, but he had a profound effect on multiple people (including Pascal, apparently). Sidwell (Carlo Rota) plans a beautiful memorial for his son, with various big names in attendance, like Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis), Councilman Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove), and Former Police Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), who also happens to be Sidwell’s assistant.
What Sidwell does not expect is for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to show up with his brother and personal attorney, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst). Before they leave for the church, Sonny tells Ric they have to do this. They are going to throw Sidwell off his game at the exact right moment, but maybe they should not pick a funeral for this.
When Sidwell sees Ric and Sonny, he is livid and tells them he does not believe Sonny is sorry about Marco’s death for a minute. In fact, he mistakenly believes that Sonny is the one who had Marco killed.
Laura and Ezra try to keep up appearances at this funeral, as Laura steps up her plan to publicly distance herself from Sonny. But it’s all part of the ultimate plan…
Curtis’s warning
Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) sit down for a chat for the first time since Curtis decided to blow Nina and Drew’s secret just before Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) wedding last year. Nina has been angry at Curtis, but Curtis might not be happy with Nina for helping expose Portia’s (Brook Kerr) dirty laundry on the witness stand.
It looks like the former besties make amends as Curtis has a warning for Nina. Be careful what you wish for because you just might get it.
Molly’s big surgery
Molly (Kristen Vaganos) had to turn down a resort trip with Cody (Josh Kelly) due to surgery for her endometriosis and now the big day has arrived. Kristina (Kate Mansi) is there to support her sister as Molly waits for the surgery to begin. Will the doctor find anything more alarming for Molly to be concerned about? Did Molly ignore some of her symptoms for way too long?
