Rodger Berman’s girlfriend, Bree Jacoby, has made multiple headlines after she hit back at his ex-wife, Rachel Zoe. The incident was in reply to Rachel airing her issues publicly on reality show episodes.
On April 10, the businesswoman and stylist shared a clip via Instagram Stories from a recent The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills episode.
In the clip, Zoe told costar Dorit Kemsley that Rodger had publicly declared his love for Jacoby on her birthday via Instagram. She then went further, suggesting the timing was intentional. Zoe’s reason for stating it intentionally was that the two women’s birthdays fall just days apart and that both are stylists.
Jacoby, who is now 36 years old, had a response ready.
“Leave me the f*** alone… What’s so insane?” she wrote.
“You did not want to be married and said it yourself you wish you left 7 years ago. You’re acting like a jealous woman. Get a new storyline. I’m not going anywhere. So get used to it,” she added.
Bree Jacoby also pushed back on the details.
“Since so many of my friends reached out I want to set the record straight. My birthday is Sept 2, one day after hers, not three. We have been dating for almost two years. I’m actually a businesswoman who happens to style, not a celebrity stylist. But you do you girl. Respect.”

As per a report shared by People Magazine, Bree Jacoby revealed that she met Rachel and Rodger’s two sons, Skyler and Kaius, a year after she began dating their father. That being said, she was dismissive of Zoe’s ongoing commentary, calling her “a great actor” while admitting she was
“sick of her storyline.”
Bree Jacoby then made her position on the situation clear.
“I actually don’t care about anything other than the kids and my relationship. I wish her the best and to find love and happiness,” she wrote.
“I would be a modern family. But she can’t do it. It’s very sad. But that’s her own issue. We are better than the drama. But I’m really getting tired of this portrayal of him and of me. It’s not true. Rodger is an incredible father might I add. And an incredible boyfriend. Best human.”
In a later post, Bree Jacoby even encouraged her followers to pass on messages to Rachel directly, revealing that Zoe had blocked her once she began seeing Rodger.
“The issue is that she takes zero accountability for her own behavior and is absolutely awful to me,” she concluded.
“Bad press is good press so keep talking. But if you’re gonna talk. At least be a woman and talk to me direct. Like I said, I ain’t going anywhere. See ya at the bar mitzvah.”
As per a report shared by Swoon, the relationship had already become a flashpoint on RHOBH because of how Zoe’s sons first found out about it. During the December 11, 2025, episode, Zoe confronted Berman over being publicly photographed with Bree Jacoby before the children were aware of the relationship.
“I can’t think of anything more f**king indiscreet than being photographed on the sidewalks of Los Angeles with your arm around your girlfriend that no one knows about, and, most importantly, that your children don’t know about,” she said.
Then, during a January 2026 episode, Zoe claimed that Berman brought Bree Jacoby to meet the boys for the first time, completely unannounced, as the children were preparing to leave for camp.
“She’s never met the kids. My kids are leaving, about to get on a plane to camp, literally she f**king appears,” Zoe explained.
“She’s there with him, shows up and says hi to my sons. What the f**k?” she added.

As per a report shared by Us Weekly, the public drama surrounding Bree Jacoby comes against the backdrop of a marriage that lasted over two decades. Rachel and Rodger had been together for thirty-three years before she confirmed their separation in September 2024 via Instagram, bringing a twenty-six-year marriage to an end.
“After 33 years together and 26 years married, Rodger and I have come to the mutual decision to end our marriage,” she wrote.
“We are incredibly proud of the loving family we have created and our countless memories together. Our number one priority has been and will always be our children. We are committed to coparent our boys and to continue to work together within the many businesses we share. We ask for privacy during this time as we navigate this new chapter.”
The outlet later reported in July 2025 that Zoe had formally filed for divorce, listing irreconcilable differences as her reason. By February, she appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, sharing that a settlement was hopefully arriving “soon.” That being said, she also addressed how Rodger felt about her discussing the divorce on RHOBH.
“He’s not thrilled. But I also think people are telling him, his friends or whatever, look, anything that I said is really how I felt in the moment,” she admitted.
“And things were happening in real time this summer, and there’s a lot I don’t share.”
