As the Miley Cyrus-starrer teen comedy series Hannah Montana recently turned 20 on March 24, 2026, to celebrate the immensely popular sitcom, a special Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special is set to be released on March 27, 2026, on Disney+ and Hulu. While fans of the show are thrilled about the special, they have been curious about Drew Roy, who played Jesse in the show from 2009 to 2011 and appeared on five episodes.
The 39-year-old Drew Roy, who joined the cast of the show as Hannah’s (Miley Cyrus) guitarist, slowly became her love interest. While Hannah picked Jake (Cody Linley) as her boyfriend, Jesse came into the picture in the final season after they split. However, Jesse and Hannah eventually end up together. As per TV Insider, Drew, who has worked in television as well as in films, is currently married to Renee Roy. While they share two sons, Jack and Levi, Drew and Renee got hitched in 2015 and celebrated ten years of their marriage in December 2025. According to his Instagram handle, on which he is not quite active, shows that his life mostly revolves around his family, which includes his wife Renee and sons, and flying jets.
As per TV Insider, after Drew joined Delta as a pilot in 2025, his wife, Renee, took to Instagram and shared a post with a caption that read:
