Fox’s hit medical drama, Doc Season 2, is raising the stakes with each episode. Titled Next, Episode 19 of Doc Season 2 will release on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, on Fox and Hulu for streaming.
Episode 18 of Doc Season 2, titled Orientation follows Amy, Katie, and Michael’s road trip that took an unexpected turn. The episode begins with Katie panicking amidst a snowy wood. The scene rolls back a few hours, and we see Amy helping Katie to pack for college. While driving to the college, they noticed an old hiking trail and halted for a while to look around. They encountered a critically injured man in the snowy woods. While Amy and Micahel were trying to help the man, Katie rushed to the woods to seek help and had a panic attack. In the end, they manage to save the couple who were left injured after a snowmobile accident. What kept the viewers hooked was Amy’s conflicting feelings for Michael and Jake.

While Amy and Michael try to help the man regain his consciousness, they find a ring inside his pocket, meaning he might be with someone with him. Michael rescues Irene from the woods, and she says that they got injured in a snowmobile accident. On the other hand, Katie managed to reach their car and call for the ambulance. After Amy and Micahel dropped Katie off at her college, they drove back home. However, there was a romantic tension between the two. After Amy reached home, Jake offered to come around, but she made an excuse.

Previously, we saw how Amy was clearly affected by Jake hiding his ex’s health scare and the entire fiasco. On the road trip, we saw a romantic tension between Michael and her, too. It would be interesting to find out who Amy would choose.
