In The Last Thing He Told Me Season 2, Episode 5, Owen returned. Nicholas was the one who brought him back to the house because Bailey needed that much, but that did not make things any less tense.
Owen and Nicholas tried to talk about Kate’s death, and that conversation, too, ended up going south when Nicholas pushed the idea that Owen should give himself up to the Campanos, and this alone makes it clear that nobody really is on the same page as anyone anymore.
At the same time, in The Last Thing He Told Me Season 2, Episode 5, Hannah also did not want to sit back silently. She went with Owen to Houston to keep digging into the trail connected to Teddy. Their first attempt led them nowhere, but on the trip, Hannah spotted a clue that pointed them toward a container heading to Marseille.
Back in Austin, Bailey was also dealing with her own issues. She returned to memories about her mother and set up a meeting with Quinn, hoping to finally get something useful about Kate’s death, but instead, things got even more suspicious. Then came in the federal story where Ed and Maris followed Jimmy to the warehouse, but that too went down in a deadly way.
According to the synopsis for Episode 6:
“Hannah and Owen take their search for answers abroad while Bailey makes a discovery about her mother.”
So, Marseille we know that is clearly the next stop for Owen and Hannah, and Bailey may finally get something real.
