Victoria Villarroel is a Venezuelan-born social media influencer and former assistant to Kylie Jenner. Villaroel worked for the Kardashian star from 2015 to 2020. During a March 18 episode of Better Half with Stas and Vic, Victoria revealed the moment she and Kylie decided it was time for her to move.
“This is like year five. Me and Kylie, obviously we had a working relationship. But you can’t not get so close to a person that you see every single day and you know everything about and you’re with them at all times, good or bad. You just become close to this person”
Victoria revealed that she and Kylie were in the kitchen when Kylie Jenner mentioned she needed her laptop.
“And I was like, ‘Oof, who’s gonna get that? ‘I don’t want to go get your laptop.’”
Victoria revealed that it was this time that the two realized that it was time for Victoria to move on. Victoria also added that Kylie Jenner was kind to her throughout the entire process. The social media creator mentioned,
“She was amazing. I remember being so nervous and thinking, like, ‘Am I making the right decision? What if I’m leaving the best thing—best job I could ever have?’ ‘Cause people were in my ear being like, ‘You’re gonna leave? People would die for this job.’”
However, Kylie Jenner reassured her that she wants her to “thrive” and that she’d be supporting her throughout it.

Victoria Villaroel was born in Venezuela and has an international upbringing. She grew up in different parts of the world, like Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago, and Texas.
Villaroel eventually ended up moving to Los Angeles, where she studied at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM). Before taking up the job as Kylie Jenner’s assistant, Villaroel interned at Teen Vogue and had also worked at Kris Jenner’s Jenner Communications as an Office Manager.
Victoria Villaroel originally became an assistant to both Kylie and Kendall, but eventually found it difficult to manage both sisters. In the podcast, she mentioned that while Kylie was launching her cosmetics line, Kylie Cosmetics, she realized that it would “make sense” for her to continue with Kylie.
She joked about making Kendall a peace offering and suggested that her sister, Sofia Villaroel, worked for her. In 2016, Victoria also made headlines for getting engaged to professional football player Marco Lobo, as per The Standard.
As of March 2206, Victoria Villaroel boasts around 2 million followers on Instagram.
