Joe Jonas is opening up about his brothers rallying by his side while going through a difficult time in his life.
The 36-year-old musician and actor recently dished on having Nick and Kevin‘s support as he was going through his divorce with ex-wife Sophie Turner two years ago.

While speaking with Esquire for a recent digital feature, the Jonas Brothers talked about supporting each other, and the question was directed at Joe on how his brothers showed support for him.
“You know, these guys and many others being by my side through probably the most difficult time in my adult life thus far, navigating it while we’re traveling and touring. Divorce is tough. It’s like, it’s not easy for anybody,” he said, followed by addressing the online rumors. “And, I think, you know, people are so quick to make assumptions, and I’m just grateful that I have these guys and I have amazing family and friends.”
Joe also noted how performing on their Five Albums. One Night. The World Tour during that time helped.
“People are going through so much, and the fact that I could go perform and make people feel something and maybe distract them from what they’re going through, or their divorce for the two hours they come see a concert, it gave me so much purpose,” he shared.
“And that I could get it on the other side two-ish years later, and be able to have a relationship with my co-parent, Sophie. And you realize you do everything you do for your kids. I’ll do anything for them. And you know, there’s a lot to navigate through that,” Joe continued. “But these guys had my back, whether I wanted to talk about it or they knew I did not want to talk about it that day. Um, you know, they showed up for me in a major way.”
If you forgot, Joe filed for divorce from Sophie in September 2023, and after contentious proceedings over the next year, their divorce was finalized one year later in September 2024.
