The teaser shows what New York looks like under the influence of Mayor Wilson Fisk and amid protests and unrest, Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock promises to reclaim the city from Fisk’s grip. But one of the most intriguing reveals from the trailer is a short one. For a split second, we see Bullseye, played by Wilson Bethel, appear in what looks like a diner kitchen, casually flipping knives with unsettling precision.

Season 2 picks up in a New York that looks very different from before. Wilson Fisk has risen to power as mayor, transforming his long-standing criminal empire into a political machine. With the Anti-Vigilante Task Force hunting down costumed heroes across the city, the streets of Hell’s Kitchen have turned into a battleground where justice itself is under threat.
The official synopsis of the season reads,

We will also be seeing the return of several familiar faces but one of the biggest surprises is the return of Jessica Jones, portrayed by Krysten Ritter. The hard-edged detective joins Murdock’s growing resistance, which is perhaps one of the most exciting parts of the season!
