BEASTARS Final Season Part 2 picks up where the gripping first cour left off. As things start to heat up with herbivores and carnivores still in danger of a major war, Legoshi’s adventures in the Danger Zone will continue. Louis is struggling with new obligations, while Haru is staying strong moving forward. Everything will lead to one last face-off.

This last arc is based on Paru Itagaki’s award-winning manga that was originally serialized by Weekly Shonen Champion from 2016 to 2020, has a total of 22 volumes, and has sold over ten million copies worldwide. Studio Orange is back to provide fans with the same high-quality CG animation that they have come to expect from this series, and is working to create beautiful animation for this final story arc as well.

SEVENTEEN is already well-known around the world, but now with BEASTARS Final Season Part 2, they are stepping into the realm of anime. As a 13-member group from Korea, they have created a strong following outside of K-Pop through their music, performances, and artistry.

The track “Tiny Light” has a strong emotional message about holding on to that which matters most in times of hardship. That’s a theme found throughout BEASTARS Final Season Part 2, where all of the characters are struggling to hold onto love, identity, and the hope for a better tomorrow.

You can listen to “Tiny Light” on major streaming services; many fans from around the world have already given it a very positive review.

BEASTARS Final Season Part 2 goes into detail about many characters that are thick with detail. Legoshi has to face both Melon and a deeper dark side of himself that’s within his bloodline. Louis continues to challenge what others have determined for him, and Haru begins to see what her future may hold, even though she’s never truly had a future before.

Melon is this season’s main antagonist and represents everything that a beast from this world dislikes about his reality. Melon pushes this story to a violent confrontation while portraying the underlying philosophical nature of humanity’s desire to destroy itself.

Director Shinichi Matsumi and scribe Nanami Higuchi (both regulars in this series) will wrap up the entire franchise with the same creative team that comprised the original seasons and through the different seasons’ development. MONACA’s Musical Sutoru Kosaki composed the score for the series; the opening theme “LA FERALIA” provides a powerful and galvanizing voice for the last chapter.

A Farewell Worth Watching

BEASTARS Final Season Part 2 is about more than just an anime ending; it signifies the end of a tale that asked its viewers to look past instinctive behaviour, fear, and social separation. Each episode is closed out with SEVENTEEN’s “Tiny Light”, which acts as a reminder that no matter how dark the way becomes, there is still something tiny and bright to fight for.

BEASTARS Final Season Part 2 is now streaming exclusively on Netflix.
