Welcome to Days of our Lives Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What happened on Days of our Lives

Salem really, really needs to fire its completely inept police commissioner. Steve finally made some sense when he deduced that Jeremy wasn’t Stephanie’s stalker, but this dumbo still refused to believe him. After all, look at the convenient circumstantial evidence. There was so much of it. None of it made any sense with other things they know, but that didn’t matter to Jada. She is almost like someone who votes for the most horrible candidate imaginable, but will double down on how fantastic they are, just so she never has to admit she made an oopsie. Well, Jada, you made an oopsie and have been after the wrong guy for months, and now your BFF is tied to a chair in the hospital basement with the wrong guy. Then again, her BFF is not much brighter. This dope, who decided that Jeremy Horton had to be the only ambidextrous man in Salem, didn’t think that screaming her head off when Owen could return at any minute was a seriously bad idea. She had just fooled him into thinking she wanted him, but then screamed for help without it even occurring to her that Owen would hear. Leave the detective work to Papa, Stephanie. And Jada, find a new career and a new job because you’re a danger to Salem. At this point, ISA agent Cat would make a better commissioner than Jada Hunter.
