JANICE Dickinson has been left permanently disfigured by her horrific night-time fall on I’m A Celebrity, The Sun can reveal today.
Our pictures, the first seen of the veteran supermodel’s injuries, show the damage doctors say no surgical or non-surgical intervention can fix.
Janice, who once fronted international ad campaigns, was also left with nerve damage that affects her speech, eating and drinking.
She is suing ITV Studios in the High Court for allegedly failing in their duty of care, first lodging a complaint in September last year.
American Janice, 70, was injured on I’m a Celebrity . . . South Africa, the all-star spin-off of the reality show, in 2022.
She tripped in darkness after a safety night-light failed.

I’m A Celeb’s Janice Dickinson left ‘humiliated and crushed’ by ITV footage
The one-time face of Dior, who also worked for Chanel and Gianni Versace, suffered injuries to her head, lips, cheeks and wrists.
A source said doctors say she has “permanent traumatic scarring across multiple areas of her face, including the lips and mouth area, both cheeks, the chin and lower face”.
They add: “Her face has been permanently altered and the scars and indentations cannot be corrected.”
She also has a permanent visible indentation in her right cheek.
Nerve damage makes “eating, drinking and speaking uncomfortable and unpredictable”.
The source said: “It’s a devastating blow to Janice whose career relies on her showing up and serving on camera.”
In September last year, Janice told The Sun: “It was the most frightening night of my life.
“Those motherf****s left me there bleeding in the dark for ten minutes.
“The guy whose job it was to watch us was negligent.
“ITV had a duty of care and they let me down.”
Janice said she fell after telling producers through her microphone that she needed to reach the loo in the dark.
She said: “I walked three steps and I tripped over a bench, flying flat on my face.
“My nose and lip were bloody, my chin gashed open, my head came up like a golf ball.
“No one from the programme came to help.
“I was screaming in the dark for ten minutes before the lights came on — and it was the other campers who helped me.”
ITV Studios hit back: “We don’t recognise this version of events.
“We looked after Janice at the time, paid her medical expenses, flew her home to LA, and the I’m A Celebrity team were in regular contact until after the programme aired seven months later.”
