Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Isaiah Ortiz SA’ed Hailey Valdez from Las Cruces.

A woman named Hailey Valdez from Las Cruces, NM, was brutally SA’ed and beaten by a man named Isaiah Ortiz on December 22, 2024. Her condition was so severe that she had to be air lifted to the hospital.
A rape kit was done and reportedly showed: force intercourse, swelling, and lacerations. On the outside, she had extensive bruising to her thighs and legs, as well as her neck from being choked.
A witness allegedly told police that she took the victim to her home that night and going into her room, Ortiz woke up and forcefully grabbed the victim’s head, pulling it down towards his genitals. The victim yelled for him to stop, and he threw her onto the floor. The witness then ran to her car to call for help, only to discover Ortiz had locked the door behind her.
When police arrived around 10-15 minutes later, they found Ortiz wearing only socks and crying over the victim, as she lay there bloodied and unconscious. One officer reportedly stated they thought she was dead at first.
After she came to, she was able to identify her child’s father, Ortiz, as the perpetrator. He was arrested and charged with second degree criminal sexual penetration, aggravated battery against a household member with bodily harm, and attempted escape of police custody.
He pleaded not guilty, and the case was set for trial, but on September 10th, the prosecutor called the victim to notify her that they offered Ortiz a plea deal of 4 years in prison in exchange for pleading guilty to the attempted escape and battery charges. On September 12, a judge accepted the plea deal. The SA charge was dropped. Because of this, he will not have to register as a sexual offender.
She didn’t even get a say. Where is the justice?
