FOLLOWING her split from girlfriend Jazz Saunders earlier this week, Demi Sims has shared an emotional update as she’s supported by one of her former co-stars.
The reality favourite, 29, revealed on Thursday that she and Jazz, 24, had called time on their relationship, after 10 months together.
Now she’s taken to her Instagram stories to update her fans on how she’s feeling since the break up.
The former TOWIE star’s pal Harry Derbidge shared a picture of the pair at the gym and wrote: “Saturday. Pretty much joined at the hip right now @demsims.”
In the snap, Demi lays her head on Harry’s shoulder as they pose for a selfie in front of the mirror.
She reposted it on her own stories and penned: “Been my absolute rock this week, couldn’t ask for a better friend.”

Announcing the split only two days ago, Demi emotionally wrote on Instagram: “It pains my heart to write this… After the most beautiful 10 months together, Jazz and I have decided to go our separate ways
“There is still so much love between us, a real, gentle kind of love that doesn’t disappear just because life changes direction.
“I’ll forever be grateful for the memories we made, the joy she brought into my life, and the way we cared for each other.
“I also want to say how thankful I am for Jasmine’s family. They welcomed me with open arms and showed me nothing but kindness I’ll always hold that close.
“This is a really heavy time, so I kindly ask for a bit of privacy and understanding while we both try to navigate this chapter.
“I’ll be stepping away from socials for a little while to heal and find my feet again. She was my almost forever,” Demi concluded.
She first started dating Jazz back in March after being introduced through her co-star Yasmine Zweegers.
They were spotted sharing a steamy snog in the loos of a posh celeb spot in London and later made things official with a sweet ‘girlfriend proposal’.
Jazz took to social media and wrote: “A weekend for the books.”
She then shared photos from the beautiful moment that Demi asked her to be her girlfriend.
There were flowers and picnic bits, as well as an iPad with a photo of them in the middle.
The couple’s moment was filmed by someone nearby, and they captured Jazz running up a hill and greeting Demi, before nodding as she realised the question she was being asked.
The two’s romance featured on the latest series of Made in Chelsea as Jazz admitted she had trust issues with Demi.
They then faced even more issues as her best pal Julia Pollard revealed she didn’t see the two lasting.
However, they managed to overcome the hurdle and appeared stronger than ever, despite Julia not being accepting of their relationship.
This caused a wedge between the best friends as the close pals broke down during the series finale and discussed how they would move forward with their friendship.
