Looked a decent prospect when winning on debut at Warwick this time last year and, after a blip at Cheltenham, went back to the same track to land another comfortable success last time out. Despite that her opening handicap mark of 126 means she can start in relatively calm waters and will be hard to beat for Nicky Henderson.
BOY NAMED SIOUX (4.40 Newcastle, nb)
Enjoyed his first run on the all-weather then winning at Southwell last time out. He saw out this 7f trip strongly and the first-time hood may bring a little more improvement too. He’s up a fair 5lb and has every chance again.
A PATH TO RONDA (2.30 Exeter, treble)
Scored by more than five lengths on hurdles debut at Stratford 18 days ago. She can build on that promising start and likes this tacky ground.
BALLYNAHEER (3.19 Plumpton, Lucky 15)
He has two wins and a pair of seconds from his four chase starts and at home over this trip. He’s effectively 1lb higher than last time thanks to his rider’s claim.
