On July 2, Shawn Ryan released Candace Owens’ complete podcast, which was over four hours long. During the podcast, the political commentator raised questions over maroon shirts that she noticed in the footage from Charlie Kirk’s assassination day.
Candace Owens has been allegedly investigating Charlie Kirk’s murder since he was killed at UVU last September. When the host, Shawn Ryan, asked her about the maroon shirts theory, Candace said she was the first to notice that so many people had similar color shirts on the day of the assassination. She went on to say that men who were seemingly alone sported maroon shirts, hinting at a coordinated attack. She even referred to those men as ‘organization.’
“When I looked at the footage of Charlie uh and what happened on September 10th, it struck me as highly unusual that there were so many men wearing maroon shirts. Like it’s not exactly a color that men wear all the time. And there were a lot of men, all of whom were alone, I might add, who were went to just hear Charlie Kirk speak alone and they were wearing ruined shirts. And I just said to myself, “This feels like organization to me.”
Further, Candace Owens suspected that those men wore matching shirts to identify each other. She compared them to military men, who allegedly used similar tactics during their operations. She even claimed that those boys can be from an overseas battalion.
“Like they’re wearing maroon shirts to identify each other. And lo and behold, I then learned that um from military men that when they do operations” Candace added.
Candace Owens recalled that one of those boys handed over their maroon shirt to another person after Charlie Kirk was shot at Utah University.
“Mhm. And I even saw I have a tape of one uh person after the shot goes off bending down low and handing another guy a maroon shirt which is even crazier which I haven’t even uh I don’t even think I spoke about on my show that just hands him a maroon shirt caught on just the very bottom of the camera and I’m like passed around a maroon shirt after a shot goes off. That feels kind of weird. So there was an element which makes sense that you would color coordinate so you know where to look.” Candace Owens said.
Candace Owens said Nick Fuentes gave a more emotional speech than Erika Kirk
Erika Kirk is Charlie’s widow and took over his organization, TPUSA, shortly after he died. Candace has attacked Erika Kirk repeatedly for various reasons. In Shawn Ryan’s podcast, Owens said that Nick Fuentes delivered a more ‘impassioned’ response after Charlie Kirk’s death compared to Erika’s reaction. Further, she compared Erika’s memorial speech to that of Vanessa Bryant’s tribute to Kobe Bryant after his death. She said that Erika’s speech had no ‘humanity.’
Candace Owens added that Erika only talked about his company, Turning Point, in her speech.
