According to a news report by US Weekly, Elon Musk’s ex-partner Ashley St.Clair speaks up about rejecting an NDA agreement after welcoming his 13th child.
During the June 16 episode of the Don Lemon Show podcast, Ashley St.Clair revealed that she was shocked to see the way the NDA was conveyed. She also revealed that she decided not to sign the agreement in good conscience.
“The way [the NDA] was conveyed over vanishing Signal communications from [Elon Musk’s] thug-ass money manager was particularly shocking,” said Ashley on the podcast.
“I was never supposed to make fun of Elon Musk. I was never allowed to talk about anything, including his affiliates and workers,” she asserted. “I replied to Jared and said, ‘I cannot in good conscience sign this.”
Claire informed Lemon that she would never sign an NDA because it “wasn’t what was right for [her] children.” (The influencer is a mother of two, one of whom is an older child from a past relationship.)
She said, “[I was] making the moral decision. I would rather go to a studio apartment with both of my children than sign this,” I told him.
St. Clair acknowledged in the second segment of her Don Lemon Show interview that she had not spoken to Musk since declining his NDA.
St. Clair suggested that Musk should be the one to respond, refusing to “hypothesize” why she was initially offered the NDA.
St. Clair quipped to Lemon, “That is a great question for him, though I don’t think he’ll be speaking to you anymore.”
After suing Elon Musk and his firm X for fraud, violation of implied contract, and misuse of name and likeness, Lemon became embroiled in his own legal battle with Musk. The lawsuit was launched by the former CNN anchor after Musk unexpectedly ended X’s collaboration with The Don Lemon Show, purportedly due to a contentious interview they had in March 2024.
About Elon Musk’s and Ashley St.Clair’s pregnancy
The former conservative activist revealed in public in February 2025 that Musk was the father of a son she had given birth to “five months” prior. Weeks after St. Clair’s revelation, Elon Musk revealed that he and Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis had recently had their 14th child, a son. (Musk has four different ladies and a total of 14 children.)
The coparenting relationship between St. Clair and Musk quickly deteriorated when she claimed to have rejected an offer of $15 million up front and $100,000 a month until the child was 21, providing they kept their relationship a secret. In March 2025, Elon Musk retorted that although he was unsure if “the child is [his] or not,” he had already given St. Clair “$2.5M and [was] sending her $500k/year.” (Since then, St. Clair and Musk have been involved in a lawsuit against one another.)
