Days of our Lives ends the week with drama and mystery as Holly’s time on Smith Island doesn’t quite go as planned. According to spoilers for Friday, June 19, 2026, Salem celebrates Juneteenth in Horton Town Square, while news of Kristen’s machinations spreads.
What’s Wrong With Holly?

Holly’s (Ashley Puzemis) day didn’t begin the way she wanted when she suddenly felt nauseous and needed to run to the bathroom to vomit. Just as Tate (Leo Howard) was helping her feel better with some ginger ale, a process server arrived and dropped off some papers. Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) is now suing Holly for her supposed part in Sophia’s (Rachel Boyd) alleged death.
Ari (Vico Escorcia), Aaron (Louis Tomeo), and Tate try to keep Holly’s mind off of her legal problems for the moment by starting a campfire and just trying to enjoy the rest of their time on Smith Island. However, that’s not meant to be. One minute, Holly is just fine and the next thing everyone knows, Holly feels faint and passes out cold.
Could Holly be having a reaction to the new meds she was prescribed or is there something wrong with these meds? Something is definitely up with drugs coming from DiMera Pharmaceuticals. Could this be a job for Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Sarah (Linsey Godfrey)?
Juneteenth Around Salem…and With the DiMeras

Although Abe (James Reynolds) wasn’t sure it was a good idea, he and Lexie (Nikki Crawford) attend the Juneteenth celebration in the square, where Paulina (Jackee Harry) is speaking. Things become more tense since Lexie now knows this is also Abe and Paulina’s fourth wedding anniversary.
As for Lani (Sal Stowers), she stops by to see Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) and catch up on old times. Lani has some questions for Kristen regarding some things she has heard around town. Will Kristen put on a smile and lie to her best friend?
Could Kristen’s call to Sydney be what prompts Johnny (Carson Boatman) to give EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) a head’s up about something? Kristen is clearly up to no good and Sydney could tell her brother all about the strange phone call from their aunt.
And finally, the mystery of the chess board remains on Chad’s (Conner Floyd) mind. He has vowed to help Belle (Martha Madison) get to the bottom of things, so Chad turns to Theo for answers.
Could Holly be sick or is it her new meds causing problems? Do you want to see Sydney DiMera in Salem? Tell us what you think in the comments.
