Looks like Dalton Eatherly, the internet personality who goes online as “Chud the Builder,” will be spending more time behind bars after a Davidson County judge revoked his bond during a hearing on June 17. The judgment came after prosecutors presented evidence related to a separate shooting case in Montgomery County. The whole incident has created a frenzy on social media platforms.
According to court records and local news, Davidson County Judge Melissa Blackburn revoked Chud the Builder’s bond after reviewing the evidence presented and assessing his behavior while out on release.
Eatherly was originally freed on a $1,000 bail in a separate Davidson County criminal case involving allegations of theft. One of the conditions for his release was that he avoid any future arrests.
However, authorities said that those requirements were broken after his detention in connection with the shooting outside the Montgomery County Courthouse in Clarksville on May 13. Eatherly’s conduct and his internet activities were the other reasons. She indicated the decision was based on “what I’ve seen on social media and Mr. Eatherly’s behavior.”
As a result, the judge revoked Chud the Builder’s bond.
What evidence was presented in court?

Fox was hit multiple times and required emergency surgery, and Eatherly received a gunshot wound to his arm during the altercation.
The streamer is facing multiple charges, which include attempted murder, employing a firearm during a dangerous felony, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
