General Hospital’s Sidwell is still out there on the loose, which has Ric reeling and Sonny quite calm. According to the latest spoilers video preview for Thursday, June 18, 2026, Sonny is biding his time, Cassius is getting anxious, Dante has too many questions unanswered, and Rocco and Britt enjoy their vacation time…until they don’t.
Another Trap for Sidwell…or Sonny?
Ric (Rick Hearst) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) sit down at the Metro Court Gardens to discuss the Sidwell (Carlo Rota) situation. Ric worries that the big bad is going to pounce at any time. He is still out there on the loose, but Sonny doesn’t necessarily think this is a bad thing. An overconfident Sidwell may be exactly what they want because he will make a mistake, just as he did when he walked right into Lucas’ trap.
Too bad that Sidwell got away, which actually seems suspect to Detective Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett). It all happened too easily, which prompts Joe to ask Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) whether Sidwell might have someone working for him on the inside at the PCPD.
Cassius Gets Antsy
Cassius (Ryan Paevey) can feel the walls closing in on him as he tries to keep Nina (Cynthia Watros) from becoming too suspicious, while also keeping Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and his mother alive in the bowels of Wyndemere.
When Nina questions Cassius some more, he becomes concerned about James (Gary James Fuller) and asks whether he might end up doing something that hurts the little boy. Cassius is attached to his life as Nathan, which could cause him more trouble than he ever expected.
The Teen Scene
The Quartermaine boathouse is seeing more action than the Metro Court pool this year (until Molly’s book launch, we suppose). On Thursday, Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) finds Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) and is alarmed by what she is doing. Are they about to get themselves in more trouble again?
And finally, Rocco (Finn Carr) resurfaces with Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) and they appear to be on an island vacation somewhere. Rocco and Britt look like they are enjoying the accommodations when Britt hands Rocco a tablet. She feels giving him peace of mind outweighs the risks, but it also seems that the other shoe is about to drop.
Will Sidwell walk into another trap or set his own? Is Dante about to figure out that something is wrong with “Nathan”?
