General Hospital brings Britt and Rocco back onto the scene on Thursday. According to spoilers for June 18, 2026, Rocco and Britt are in a tropical paradise, while back home, Sonny lays out his plan, Dante confides in Elizabeth, and Sidwell lays a trap.
Britt and Rocco On Vacation
It appears that Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) took Rocco (Finn Carr) on a beach vacation, as they look like they are back at the Five Poppies. Rocco is thrilled when Britt gifts him with a tablet, telling him that making him happy means that the benefit outweighs the risk.
However, teasers say that Rocco also makes a horrifying discovery, and this week’s promo video shows Rocco discovering Britt unconscious on the floor. Does that mean her Huntington’s Disease symptoms are finally catching up with her after about a month away from her meds?
Sidwell Has Plans
Back in Port Charles, Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Ric (Rick Hearst) discuss the next steps in the Sidwell (Carlo Rota) situation. Ric is worried about Sidwell out there running around loose, but Sonny doesn’t seem to see it as a problem. While Sidwell sets a trap, is Sonny setting one, too?
Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) is still trying to figure out how Sidwell managed to escape. It just seems too coincidental that someone knew exactly where to find “Nathan” (Ryan Paevey) and his perp. Joe suggests that Sidwell may have had someone on the inside. Dante knows that Sidwell has the WSB’s Cullum on his side, but will he figure out that he also has someone embedded in the PCPD?
Around Port Charles
When Nina (Cynthia Watros) has another visit with her brother, does she notice how strange he is acting when he starts to ask about James? “Nathan” made some curious comments to Nina last week. Will she start to realize that something is off about “Jay”?
Spoilers say that Dante finds himself confiding in Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) again. Dante keeps making a habit of this, which is bound to make Ric jealous.
And finally, Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) meet up at the Q boathouse, where they will clearly disobey instructions to not do anything foolish and to stay safe.
