Valentin Says Goodbye to Carly Just as Cullum Learns Where He Is

General Hospital presented an emotional hour for Carly and Valentin on June 16, 2026. Valentin prepared to turn himself in, despite Carly’s objections. Plus, Cullum got new intel, Jack got entertained, Brook Lynn put on an act, and Justine had words with Dante.

The Valentin Cassadine Connection

At Wyndemere, Cullum spoke to another agent who also seemed to be a double agent, noting that Sidwell kept his involvement with Valentin Cassadine a secret. Cullum deduced this from Ava’s tale of finding Valentin in the living room back in January.

Cullum also asked his agent/goon to get the FBI involved with Rocco’s case, so the agency could lead them to Britt’s door and he could kill them both. He also demanded that the goon trace the call made to Anna from “Kevin Collins” to its exact Port Charles location.

Valentin The Valiant

In her kitchen, an appalled Carly told Valentin that turning himself into the WSB was not an option. Valentin argued that he had to go to “Z” himself and tell him that Cullum was a double agent, which meant risking being sent back to prison. Carly refused to let Valentin sacrifice himself like that.

Valentin insisted they were out of time and correctly assumed that Britt ran to stop the project from being completed. Valentin worried that if Liesl completed this cold fusion research, it could be catastrophic. That’s why he felt he had to do anything to stop them.

He insisted he had to go to Geneva and speak to “Z” in person, so as to avoid the director thinking any other contact was AI or a deepfake. Carly decided they could just go to Wyndemere and stop Cullum themselves, but Valentin felt it was too risky. “What happens when you turn yourself into the very same people who have been hunting you?” Carly asked. Valentin thought he had about slim to no odds of walking away a free man.

Carly nearly lost her mind at the idea of Valentin being in Geneva while Josslyn was still at Wyndemere. Finally, Valentin asked if she had to choose between him and Josslyn, who would she choose? Carly still didn’t want to let Valentin go, but told him she understood.

He asked her to bring Charlotte to say goodbye and took Carly to the bedroom just as Cullum’s goon traced the call back to Carly’s road. Cullum decided he had to look at Carly in a whole new light.

Brook Lynn Plays The Part

Chase, Brook Lynn, and Tracy came barreling into the Q kitchen, still going on and on about the arrest. At least Tracy was grateful that she didn’t have to apologize to that “viper.” Chase stressed that Tracy shoved a sitting congresswoman into the lake and was injured. Tracy said she did no such thing and corrected Chase, saying, “She got a boo-boo on her knee.”

Chase got on Tracy’s case for sending Willow a text from Wiley’s phone, so Tracy informed him that it was a test that Willow failed and Chase was about to fail a test, too. Brook Lynn tried to be diplomatic and mentioned that arresting Tracy could have ruined their adoption plans. Chase claimed he was an officer of the law and had no choice.

Tracy noted that Willow arrived dressed for a hoe down, with the operative word in that sentence being…Chase interrupted her before she could say much more. The two argued back and forth, until Chase asked Brook Lynn if Tracy or Willow were more likely to lie.

Tracy was outraged when Brook Lynn appeared to take Chase’s side. She said if it were anyone else, she’d evict them for not believing her and just hoped that Brook Lynn would come to her senses. Tracy ran from the room, leaving Chase to insist too Brook Lynn that nothing was going on between him and Willow.

Tracy and Michael Plot

Michael welcomed Jacinda to the Q boathouse to celebrate manipulating Willow into not pressing charges against Tracy. Michael explained what happened between Tracy and Willow, but he was happy he was able to get Willow on his side. She seemed to be listening to him more, but she also seemed more virtuous to Chase, which was what Michael wanted.

Jacinda once again tried to warn Michael that he was going to hurt Brook Lynn, but Michael insisted Brook Lynn would be better off in the long run, knowing what kind of man she was really married to.

Tracy soon came along and asked to speak with Michael alone. After Jacinda left, they discussed the incident with Willow. Tracy knew she had agreed to let Brook Lynn figure Chase out on her own, but Tracy couldn’t stop herself from sending that text from Wiley’s phone.

When Tracy expressed how hurt she was that Brook Lynn sided with Chase, Michael realized she was telling Chase what he wanted to hear. He even convinced Tracy that Brook Lynn might be better off without Chase.

Jack Has New Friends

At Turning Wood, Willow walked into Jack’s room, still disheveled from jumping into the lake. She told Jack they had a problem: Jenz Sidwell was a fugitive. Jack was fascinated by what had happened, but Willow didn’t care. She needed more of that paralytic drug. Since Sidwell was gone, plan B was getting the leverage on Drew from Jack.

A frantic Nina soon arrived to tell Willow that Aunt Liesl had vanished, but Willow was more concerned with the change of clothes Nina brought. Willow told Nina about the boathouse incident and Tracy accusing her of trying to seduce Chase. Jack just sat there, watching and listening to the whole thing.

“You saw Chase coming and you jumped in the water to frame Tracy,” Jack said, clearly impressed. Nina claimed that it didn’t happen, but Willow said she had to do something so Tracy didn’t get her way, which just caused Nina to sigh. Willow told Jack all the dynamics involved, including Chase living in Tracy’s house. This was all very fascinating to Jack.

Jack thought Willow played the situation perfectly, but when Willow went to change, Nina took Jack to task for praising her daughter’s machinations. When Willow emerged from the bathroom, Nina insisted that Jack get them anything he had on Drew ASAP. Jack told the ladies to help him get on his feet again as fast as they could.

PCPD Problems

At the PCPD, Dante asked Joe for an update on the Rocco and Britt search, but Joe had nothing. “Nathan” appeared, also looking for info. Dante tried to take him into the interrogation room, but Justine stopped them so she could chastise “Nathan” for letting Sidwell escape.

“Nathan” sat down with Justine and gave his statement, leading Justine to conclude that “Detective West didn’t put up much of a fight.” Dante asked “Nathan” to leave so he could speak with Justine.

Dante took Justine to task for essentially accusing his detective of letting Sidwell go. Dante also wasn’t happy with the way Justine treated Chase and wanted him to leave his officers alone. “If the problem is that Sonny is my father, you come after me, not my department,” he said.

Justine insisted none of this had to do with Sonny, but she worried that Anna had made a mistake when she reinstated “Nathan.” Who would do that with someone who couldn’t remember the last seven years and who also happened to be Cesar Faison’s son? Dante defended his friend, but Justine wasn’t sure that everything was on the up and up.

In the bullpen, Joe mentioned the used syringe he found in Brit’s room and asked “Nathan” if it could have been related to her Huntington’s Disease. “Nathan” claimed that he did not know because his sister didn’t talk much about her illness.
