In an interview with GQ this month, Holland talked about his decade-long run of playing Spider-Man. Then, he was specifically asked about something he had said in 2021, that he can’t see himself doing Spider-Man beyond the age of 30.
When asked about his reason of leaving Spider-Man at 30, Holland told GQ that things have changed. The star figured that it was going to be three films, and then he’s sort of done. According to reports, the real reason was that Holland didn’t have a contract and that’s why he decided to do Nolan’s film The Odyssey, playing the son of Odysseus, Telemachus.
