Andy Reid shared an update on Travis Kelce, saying the Kansas City Chiefs tight end remains focused on football despite his upcoming wedding to fiancée Taylor Swift.
Speaking during a press conference on June 12, the coach said that Travis Kelce has been present throughout the offseason program and completed mandatory camp work without issue.
“Listen, he has been here most of the offseason, if not the whole offseason, he’s been around. It is good to have him here. He did the mandatory camp and did a nice job there, so, good to have him back in and rolling. He’s very excited.”
Andy Reid described the veteran player’s preparation as steady, saying that the team has seen no signs of distraction related to his personal life.
“It’s like when I got married, my wife did everything. I just kind of followed her lead on it. Showed up, right? So, maybe he’s doing more, but it looks like he’s pretty focused in on this job, too.”
Travis Kelce has been in the spotlight not only for his performance on the field but also for his engagement to the pop megastar in August 2025, after dating for about two years.

In June 2024, Travis Kelce made a surprise appearance on stage while Taylor Swift was performing at Wembley Stadium in London during her Eras Tour. The Chiefs star was dressed in a tuxedo and top hat, emerging as one of the backup dancers during Swift’s performance of I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.
The couple got engaged in August 2025. They announced the milestone on a joint Instagram post, showing snippets of the flower-filled proposal and the vintage-inspired ring.
As speculations regarding Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s wedding venue and guest list circulate, Andy Reid, smiling coyly, nonetheless clammed up on the matter.
