David Grusch claimed that the US government knows of multiple alien life forms while appearing alongside fellow UAP whistleblowers as well as lawmakers during a gathering at the U.S Capitol today.
Grusch stated that his presence at the gathering was part of his continued service to his nation, and that he took an oath of allegiance to the US Constitution’s principles and framework, which he still takes seriously. After that he added that he wanted to help Congress and the US president to help restore accountability:
“And this is if this is one of my final duties of public service, I want it to be this helping Congress and the president uh restore lawful accountability over activities and spending that have should never been placed beyond constitutional oversightes and to be transparent with the American people.”
He went on to state that the topics being discussed went beyond just the topic of life in the universe and into matters of homeland security, airspace safety as well as counter-intelligence and technology matters. After that, he added he had in the course of his duties been exposed to information surrounding UAP crashes.
Later, in response to a question of from a reporter, Grusch made the claim of the US government being aware of several forms of alien life, stating:
“Uh I I certainly don’t have the compendium. It’s a continuum from uh caporeal bipeedal type life to you know what I would consider like sentient plasmo life but there are there are several that the US government is aware of.”
Perez Hilton covered this new claim made by David Grusch in an article, pointing out Grusch’s previous allegations in 2023 about secret UFO programs. Perez Hilton then responded to the actual new claim, seemingly stunned by it:
“WHAT?! That is quite the statement!!!”

David Grusch said in his statement that people have not complied with the disclosure law, stating:
“Many of the president’s team has been kept in the dark by high ego politically appointed act actors both because of incompetence and malicious intent has subverted the president’s order on this issue. Furthermore, some of this foreign intelligence has not been provided to Congress despite lawful requests to the Defense Intelligence Agency last summer and also having formerly been published across the IC and analyzed by such analytical centers such as NASC.”
Grusch went on to add that the records belong under congressional oversight and asked the Defence Intelligence Agency to stop obstructing Chairwoman Luna’s taskforce
“Uh these belong these records belong under congressional oversight and I believe DIA should stop obstructing Chairwoman Luna’s task force and provide those documents to Congress and enter it through mandatory declassification review so the American public can see some of the foreign intelligence I had access to. “
David Grusch elaborated upon how secrecy around the topic of UAP and such was established over the years. He later talked why whistleblower protections matter and subsequently added that there cannot be separate standards for the American people and the deep state.
David Grusch served as an intelligence officer in the US Air Force and worked in the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office. He was the NRO representative to the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force from 2019 to 2021. This was before his whistleblower claims regarding a secret UFO retreival program run by the US federal government in 2023.
