Diddy sued by former child actor, alleging the rapper performed a sexual act on him when he was a minor back in 2007

Diddy has been sued by former child actor in a new lawsuit filed in a court on June 8, 2026, as per an exclusive report by TMZ. The former child actor, who remains anonymous, has accused the currently in prison rapper of s*xual assault.

He has also named talent agents alongside the rapper in the lawsuit, alleging that said agents were negligient and that they failed to protect him even after knowing about Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ propensities and prior history of misconduct.

The former child actor claims that he was assaulted by the rapper at a networking event in Hollywood Hills in 2007, wherein he was asked by the rapper to speak in private. The rapper subsequently brought the actor to what the complaint describes as the ‘back rooms’ of the venue.

Once secluded, the rapper allegedly gave the child actor alcohol, and touched him in various body parts before performing oral sex on him while at the same time touching himself. This was done despite the child actor telling the rapper that he was uncomfortable.

Subsequently, Diddy allegedly told the child actor at the time that he would keep him in mind for possible opportunities, before exiting the room and leaving the child actor alone.

The list of allegations include childhood s*xual assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, s*xual battery, false imprisonment, and negligient supervision of a minor, as per USA Today. The anonymous former child actor is asking for unspecified damages.

Diddy’s representative Juda Engelmayer issued a statement in response to this lawsuit, stating:

“The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous. He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”

Diddy is currently in prison

Diddy is currently in prison after being convicted on the lesser charges of two counts of transportation for the purposes of prostitution. The sentence based on his conviction in these two charges was the prison term he is currently serving, which was four years, including the year he was held at detention before his conviction and sentencing,as well as five years of supervised release after the conclusion of his ongoing prison time.

Diddy’s lawyers had requested a 14 month sentence, while prosecutors had asked for a 11 year long sentence. Diddy is currently set to be released from prison in May 2028, as per NBC News.

The rapper’s conviction followed allegations of s*xual misconduct against him by a number of people. Cindy Rueda had acccused the rapper of s*xual harrasment, and more in a 2017 lawsuit. The lawsuit eventually was settled for a undisclosed amount out of court.

Gerard Rechnitzer sued the rapper in 2007 for allegedly punching him outside a nightclub. The rapper settled that lawsuit out of court. Back in 1997, he was sued for neglicience as a landlord, a charge he denied.
