Kai Trump has recently become the focus of online rumors, with social media posts claiming that she has founded her own energy drink company. The rumors gained popularity following the launch of Blue Raz Slush, a new beverage associated with the 19-year-old golfer and social media sensation.
Did Kai Trump launch her own energy drink?
No, Kai Trump has not started her own energy drink company.
The rumor stems from her collaboration with Accelerator Active Energy (AAE), an established performance energy drink brand that collaborated with the golfer on a signature flavor called Blue Raz Slush. She launched it on Tuesday last week, telling the world about her energy drink, which is inspired by her favorite drink growing up:
“My signature @drinkaccelerator flavor BLUE RAZ SLUSH is officially here 🌀💙✨ Taking inspiration from my favorite blue raspberry slushie I loved as a kid… now cleaner, zero sugar, and packed with energy⚡️So much hard work went into this process to create this flavor and I’m so excited to share it with you!! It’s SOOO good 🙌 Available now on Amazon!”
While some social media users mistook Kai’s launch as the start of her own beverage company, Accelerator Active Energy was already in operation prior to the collaboration and is backed by multiple athlete investors and ambassadors, including Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce, social media personality and former gymnast Livvy Dunne, and Spanish pro tennis player Paula Badosa.
What is Blu Raz Slush?
Blue Raz Slush is Kai Trump’s first signature beverage flavor, launched in collaboration with Accelerator Active Energy.
According to the energy drink company, the drink was inspired by Kai’s childhood love of blue raspberry slushies. The flavor quickly sold out within hours of its release.
Kai Trump worked closely along with the Accelerator team during the creation process, testing numerous flavor variations before selecting the final version. She revealed:
“Working on Blue Raz Slush with the Accelerator team was such a fun experience because I was involved from the very beginning. We tested so many different versions to make sure the flavor felt authentic to my tastes and something I’d genuinely want to drink every day. Between training, golf, travel, and everything else in my schedule, I’m always looking for products that help me stay energized and focused, and I love that Accelerator fits so naturally into my routine.”
Kai originally collaborated with Accelerator Active Energy in 2025 as a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) athlete and equity partner.
The collaboration placed her among prominent athletes and personalities linked with the company. Since then, she promoted Accelerator products on social media and contributed to the growth of Blue Raz Slush.
Accelerator CEO Andrew Wilkinson appreciated Kai Trump’s engagement in the process, noting she had a clear vision of the plan and helped with several aspects of its development. Wilkinson said:
“This was our second signature flavor collaboration with one of our partners, the other being Livvy’s Cotton Candy. Kai had a very clear vision on what she wanted throughout the process – which is very helpful. Her genuine enthusiasm to work together on every aspect of this collaboration has resulted in a great addition to the Accelerator product line.”
The rumor appears to spread because of news reports from headlines and social media posts describing it as Kai’s “signature drink”. Kai Trump’s role is more of a partner/collaborator rather than the owner or founder of the energy drink.
