Marshals Episode 12, titled The Devil At Home, was released on May 17. Directed by Ruben Garcia, the episode revolved around Cal’s health struggles, Miles going rogue after coming to know about the cartel’s activities, and Kayce’s decision to sell East Camp. After Belle asks Cal multiple times about his pain, Cal finally tells her that he has a rare type of lung cancer.
On the other hand, Miles decides to take revenge on a man who was linked to his friend’s overdose. However, he is stopped by Kayce, who makes him understand that he has to live with the memory. By the end of the episode, Andrea gets another job offer, and viewers also come to know about Belle’s debt that has put her family at risk.

“As they uncover a drug cartel targeting the Broken Rock Reservation, the Marshals race to locate Miles, only to discover that he has gone rogue to hunt down a trafficker.”

Marshals episode 12 recap: Belle learns about Cal’s cancer
In the previous episode of Marshals, viewers saw Cal meeting a doctor, who advised him to get help from specialists. However, as the season progressed, he kept his health struggles to himself and didn’t tell anyone about it.
In Episode 12, after being confronted by Belle, Cal tells her the truth about his health struggle that he is diagnosed with a Pancoast tumor. At the same time, he also admits that he doesn’t want to go through it alone. Belle stands by his side and assures him that she will be there for him.
The episode also focused on Belle’s struggle with money after a man confronted her over a $20,000 gambling debt. Not only that, but she even got threatened after the man said he would hurt her family if she didn’t pay. Though Andrea gets a hint about it, Belle makes sure Andrea doesn’t find out what she is really going through.
Marshals Episode 12 recap: Miles decides to go rogue
Miles comes to know about her friend Sabrina’s death after she dies from a fentanyl overdose. He felt that he could have saved her.
As the team dug deeper, they came to know that the drugs were connected to the Jalisco Cartel, which was operating from Broken Rock, and also found a guy named Raynor, who was a carjacker. They got warned by the DEA, and at the same time, Rainwater was also not very happy about it, as he thought this could damage the reservation’s future plans.
However, Miles was in no mood to listen to anyone and decided to go after the man, Hector Diaz, to get justice for his friend’s death, believing he was involved in the cartel activities. He even shoots Diaz in the leg.
He is stopped by Kayce, who tells him that if he kills him, he will always have to remember this moment instead of remembering Sabrina peacefully. He gets suspended by Cal and is asked to hand him his badge.
Marshals Episode 12: Kayce decides to sell East Camp
Kayce weighs his options on selling East Camp, the place where Monica died. In the previous episodes, Tom Weaver showed interest in buying his land. However, Kayce showed no interest at that time due to his memories connected to the place. However, in Marshals Episode 12, he considers it after talking with Tate and finally decides to sell the East Camp to the Weavers.
However, Kayce admits that East Camp was the only thing that he ever wanted, and it was taken away from him in the end. But at the same time, it also held him back because of the painful memories.
On the other hand, Andrea also gets asked by Clifford to attend the Department of Justice event for funding and support. Later, Glifford also informs her about a job opening at the D.C. office. This has also raised speculations about whether she will continue working in the team or will decide to leave and have a fresh start.
