Days of our Lives ends the week much how it began the week, with DiMera schemes galore. According to spoilers for Friday, May 15, 2026, Xander meets with some members of the clan, while EJ aims to remember his past.
What do Gwen and Kristen want?
While Xander (Paul Telfer) has been enjoying a friends-with-benefits relationship with Gwen (Emily O’Brien), he’s had no idea what she’s really been up to with EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel). Xander just thought that Gwen was back to settle her divorce dispute, not resurrect dead people. When Gwen tries to play hardball with Xander, does he ask her about Lexie’s (Nikki Crawford) return and whether she had anything to do with it? Does Xander want in on all that cool cash that Gwen may or may not get?
Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) also pays a visit to Xander in his Salem Inn room and offers him a job. She wants him to kill someone. In the past, Xander was always willing to do Kristen’s dirty work, including attempted murder, but he is a new man now and is trying to curtail his violent tendencies.
Will Kristen drive a hard bargain? And who exactly does Kristen want him to kill? Is she still gunning for Johnny (Carson Boatman) since Sophia’s (Rachel Boyd) plan didn’t work? Perhaps Xander will tell Kristen that he has already found a way to make Johnny’s life miserable by tricking him into publishing a plagiarized book.
EJ wants answers on Days of our Lives
Now that Lexie is awake and EJ knows that his little experiment with Dr. Rolf (Richard Wharton) worked, he wants to move onto more pressing matters. For now, Cat and their shared past is one of those pressing matters.
EJ definitely has a thing for his attentive assistant and is sure that there is more to their past than Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) just reading him classic literature. While Cat is also curious about what else happened between them, she has a job to do. As an ISA agent, she is tasked with taking EJ down and has to focus.
That doesn’t stop Cat from enjoying her time with him while he questions her about their time in that hospital. She may be obligated to expose EJ’s crimes, but will she really want to?
