Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake’s marriage is reportedly hitting a wall, according to insiders, claiming that the actress had given her pop star husband an ultimatum amid her frustration over his recent public incidents.
Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake have been together for 19 years and married for 13. They share two children, Silas (born in 2015) and Phineas (born in 2020).
Following the Mirrors singer’s recent scandals, the Powder Blue star has expressed worries about her husband’s behavior, per the sources from Daily Mail.
Recalling, Justin Timberlake was arrested in 2024 for driving while intoxicated, with the footage of his detainment released in March 2026. He also recently made waves online after his trip to Las Vegas to host the 8AM Invitational golf tournament, where he was allegedly seen intoxicated throughout the event.
Due to the controversies, insiders claim that Jessica Biel has “had it” and “issued an ultimatum” to her husband.
“There’s not much more she can take … She does everything with the kids, and she’s sick of being publicly embarrassed.”
Nevertheless, a source from Page Six shared that the celebrity couple is working everything out despite this rough patch in their marriage.
“It’s been a tough stretch lately. There’s just been a lot of attention on him and that’s not easy to deal with. She’s definitely been frustrated at times and there’s been a lot going on.”
The insider continued, saying that Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake’s marriage is nowhere near a crash and burn.
“They’ve had their ups and downs like any couple, but the recent spotlight and his schedule have made things more challenging. That said, it’s not anything close to a breaking point.”
Jessica Biel says marriage to Justin Timberlake is “sometimes devolving”
It’s not the first time their marriage has encountered tribulations.
Amid the recent release of the bodycam footage of Justin Timberlake’s DWI arrest, sources revealed that the Fatal Destination lead was unhappy about the situation.
Still, Jessica Biel reportedly preferred to focus on moving forward. In fact, the actress offered insights into their marriage with her heartfelt 44th birthday greeting to Justin Timberlake in February 2025. She wrote on Instagram:
“Another year to make memories that I keep sacred in my heart. Another year of joy and challenges being a parent with you. Another year together, being curious and creative in the world. Another year growing and evolving and sometimes devolving, with you. Another year laughing about it all. Happy birthday my love.”
In 2019, the NSYNC singer was hit with cheating allegations after he was spotted hand-holding with his Palmer co-star, Alisha Wainwright. Timberlake denied the speculations.
Both Biel and Timberlake put on a united front at the time to combat the rumors.
