On April 25, Megan Thee Stallion announced her breakup with Klay Thompson on her Instagram story. She claimed that the NBA player cheated on her. After Megan revealed her breakup, DJ Akademiks gave his reaction to the matter. He showed solidarity with the NBA player. DJ Akademiks shared multiple tweets in support of Klay amid their breakup and Megan’s cheating allegations.
DJ Akademiks wrote:
“I don’t even kno the story but I Stand with Klay Thompson. Shordy put every nigga she been w thru hell and one in jail for 10 years .. God only knows what she put klay thru. Klay we stand w u brother.”
DJ Akademiks also said that god rewarded Klay and his skin will not start glowing after breakup.

Akademiks wrote in his post that Klay started cheating on first day when they got together.

In her latest story, Megan talked about Klay’s mood swings and how he treated her during his basketball season. She also mentioned that she needs a break. In her Instagram story, Megan wrote:
“Cheating, had me around your whole family playing house… got “cold feet” Holding you down through all your HORRIBLE mood swings and treatment towards me during your basketball season now you don’t know if you can be “monogamous”???? b*tch I need a REAL break after this one .. bye yall”
Megan and Klay began dating last summer. They subtly revealed their relationship on July 12 when Megan posted an Instagram story of them holding hands.
They made their first official appearance as a couple on the red carpet on July 16 at the Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala in New York City. At the event, Megan called Klay Thompson the “nicest person” she has ever met. In February this year, Megan expressed her desire to get engaged to Klay. She also showcased her $200,000 car, a birthday gift from Klay.
