The General Hospital spoilers sneak peek video for Friday, April 24, 2026, previews Josslyn presenting Valentin with a gift, but it doesn’t seem to go as well as she had hoped.
Coming up on General Hospital

While Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) has been living in Carly’s (Laura Wright) attic for nearly five months, he hasn’t seemed to think much about Anna (Finola Hughes), which has seemed strange. He wasn’t even very alarmed when he heard that she was in a French mental institution, insisting that Faison (Anders Hove) was after her and alive.
But when Josslyn (Eden McCoy) gets past her mother and makes her way up to the attic with a copy of The Crystaline Conspiracy, Valentin finally has a Vanna-like reaction. Josslyn is sure that somehow there is an Anna connection, and at least she can tell Valentin where she got the book.
Since he knows where she spent the blizzard, Josslyn doesn’t have to say she spotted it in the library by coincidence. So, Valentin knows that Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) had a copy of the book in his jacket, but he flies into a frustrated rage. He knows this book is a connection to what happened to Anna, but he just can’t seem to figure out what the connection is.
Britt’s fears

Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) also knows how dangerous and deadly Cullum can be, but she doesn’t know Valentin Cassadine is out there (or up there in Carly’s attic) trying to bring him down with Carly’s help. But she does know that Rocco (Finn Carr) was the one who shot him, which is why Jason (Steve Burton) has now taken Valentin’s place in an international prison.
Britt meets with Cassius (Ryan Paevey) in her room at Bobbie’s and questions him about why he never told her what had really happened on Pier 55. Cassius warns Britt that she needs to stay out of this and stay away from Rocco. It doesn’t matter how guilty he feels because he has no real idea how much trouble he is actually in.
Another Sidwell-Cullum plot

Laura (Genie Francis) and Ezra (Daniel Cosgrove) are now a dream (nightmare?) team, ready to put their heads together and finally bring Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) down. They are tired of being his puppets, but Ezra is a little more antsy than Laura to get this show on the road.
When Lulu (Alexa Havins) sees them together at the Metro Court, she finds the meeting to be a bit strange and asks her mother why she is suddenly defending a man who was supposed to be her enemy.
