Ahn Hyo-seop and Chae Won-bin’s new K-drama, Sold Out on You is finally here. It follows two incredibly different people: a perfectionist farmer who is also a CEO of a cosmetic brand and a researcher. This means he’s not a struggling farmer and he’s multitasking.

What to expect from Sold Out on You episode 2?
Episode 2 will begin with the stand-off between Ham Ye-jin and Matthew after she reaches the village. Ye-jin studied about the special mushrooms that Matthew grows and uses in his cosmetic brand and came up with a plan to form a contract with him.
She’s currently at the second position when it comes to best TV shopping hosts, and this thing could finally bring her to the top spot. She might start promoting cosmetics, which was earlier handled by her rival only.
However, Matthew isn’t someone who can be easily convinced. He will reject Ye-jin’s offer until she comes up with something that intrigues him. So, expect fun and chaotic moments from the upcoming episode 2 of the Sold Out on You K-drama.
What happened in Sold Out on You episode 1: A quick recap

In the premiere, we are introduced to the main characters. Matthew is a farmer, researcher and CEO of a cosmetic brand that does not rely on chemicals. He grows mushrooms that can be found nowhere in Korea and uses them in his products.
Matthew looks cold from the outside, but the way he never refuses to help the villagers and always solves their issues says a lot about him. Episode 1 of Sold Out on You began with Ye-jin, promoting a cleaning cloth by taking risks with her life.
When people hear her and see Ye-jin giving a perfect demo, the product gets sold out in a few minutes. We also learn that Matthew has his closest ally pretending to be the head of his company, who takes major decisions.
This means that he does not spend a lot of time in his office but in the village. Later in the episode, Ye-jin’s prime-time slot is given to her rivl Yun-ji. When she confronts the head, she tells Ye-jin that beauty products are the moneymakers.
If Ye-jin wants the prime time slot and first position, she must get the French brand, L’Etoile, on board. Interestingly, this is the brand owned by the second lead, Eric Seo. He has returned from France and was seen trying to convince Matthew’s company to renew their contract.
When Ye-jin learns about the mushrooms Matthew grows, she becomes interested in them and decides to pay a visit. She arrives in the village by the end of the episode, where she comes across Matthew and they clash over moving their vehicle back on the one-way road.
