Is Kylie Jenner facing any accusations in a lawsuit by a former housekeeper? Details explored amid hostile workplace and bullying claims

Kylie Jenner’s former housekeeper, Angelica Hernandez Vasquez, filed a lawsuit on April 17 against Jenner and the agencies that employed Vasquez in Los Angeles. Vasquez accused Jenner of subjecting her to a “hostile work environment” in which she experienced “discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.”

According to legal documents, subsequently obtained by TMZ, Vasquez was employed by Jenner and two companies, Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services, from September 2024 to August 2025. While Jenner is not called out by name in any of the filings, she has been named a defendant.

In the filing, Vasquez claims that she was,

“subjected to severe and pervasive harassment.”

And that she was,

“routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks, excluded from the housekeeping team; publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin and religion; and subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment.”

Vasquez further called herself a “Salvadoran woman and a practicing Catholic” and mentioned that “repeated discriminatory and derogatory” comments were made about her religion and immigration status, which created a “toxic and abusive work environment.”

More about Angelica Hernandez Vasquez’s lawsuit against Kylie Jenner

In her lawsuit, Angelica Hernandez Vasquez claims that “no corrective action” was taken and that her “complaints were dismissed, mocked or ignored.”

Vasquez added that things got “violent” in March 2025, when “a supervisor threw hangers at (her) feet while reprimanding her.”

Angelica Hernandez Vasquez claimed that due to the nature of her employer’s behavior, she “developed anxiety, severe stress, and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder” and that she suffered a “loss of wages” after the complaints were issued.”

Vasquez mentioned that when she took a medical leave in 2025, she “had no choice but to resign” the next month since “the working conditions had become intolerable.” Vasquez has requested that Kylie Jenner and the companies, La Maison Services and Tri Star Services, be held liable since “they knew or should have known of the harassment and failed to take immediate and appropriate corrective action to stop the conduct and prevent its recurrence.”

Vasquez also alleged that she was directed to work in locations other than Kylie Jenner’s home, including her “boyfriend’s residence.”

Vasquez, as per the filing, is seeking punitive and restitution damages “in the form of unpaid wages, meal and rest period premium pay, unreimbursed business expenses, unpaid sick leave, and all other compensation unlawfully withheld”

Kylie Jenner and the companies cited as defendants are yet to respond to the lawsuit.
