What’s next on The Young and the Restless

On Monday’s show, Billy (Jason Thompson) and Sally (Courtney Hope) process their new normal. Sally delivered some huge news to Billy last week, as they are expecting their first child together. Babies change everything. Sally and Billy have been through a lot the last few years.
There’s been his incessant need to regain control of Chancellor Industries. Sally’s had some personal challenges, too, in addition to her business ones. A few years ago, she lost her daughter, Ava Hope, the daughter that she had with Adam (Mark Grossman).
Will having another child prompt Billy to settle down and stop trying to rewin Chancellor Industries and being at odds with his mother, Jill (Jess Walton)? Billy has two children, Johnny (Paxton Mishkind) and Katie (Sienna Mercuri), currently away at boarding school. How will they react to finding out that they are getting a sibling?
Keep Holden on

On Monday’s show, watch for Lily to ask Devon and Nate to see Holden in a new light. Lily has had to process a lot late. She has not only learned that her father, Malcolm (Shemar Moore), is ill and needs a bone marrow donor, but that he has fathered a son, Holden Novak (Nathan Owens). Sadly, Holden is not a match for Lily, and she is not a suitable match because of her past cancer treatment.
Lily is hoping that either of her twins, Mattie and Charlie, will be a help to their grandfather. While she can’t control herself or Holden being a match for Malcolm, she can ask Nate (Sean Dominic) and Devon (Bryton James) to accept Holden into the family. This is a new dynamic for everyone involved. Nathan has been at odds as of late. Perhaps being welcomed into the Winters clan will bring him a new beginning?
The Way We Were

Stephanie (Vivica A. Fox) was only in Genoa City a few years back in the mid-1990s. Much has changed since she worked at Genoa City Memorial Hospital. Some of the people that Stephanie knew back then have either died (Dru, Neil) or have moved away (Olivia).
However, there’s at least one person from Stephanie’s past who is still in town. On Monday’s episode, watch for Stephanie to connect with an old friend. Who is this mystery person, and just how does he or she fit into the good doctor’s past?
